You can apply LauncherPro Themes /Skins by:
1. Installing LaunhcerPro Plus version 0.8.5 or higher.
2. Going into preferences
3. Selecting LP Widget Settings
4. Selecting the widget you want to theme
5. Selecting "Select Skin" and choosing the theme that you want to use for that widget
